Shipping & Returns

We only ship within the United States and Canada. We use USPS to ship all of our US orders and we use Fedex or USPS to ship all of our Canada orders. Orders are usually processed and leave our warehouse within 2-5 business days of your order date, not including weekends and holidays. You should expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days from your order date, unless you have selected Priority Express. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped and you will be provided with a tracking number via email.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order that is in transit, please contact the carrier first so they can assist you in locating your package.
Please make sure that the shipping address listed on your account is accurate. For security purposes, once an order is placed, we cannot alter it. Please double check your order details to avoid any issues later. If your order is sent to an incorrect address and is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.

ORDER REVISION/CANCELLATION

If you need to revise your order, please contact us at as soon as possible so we can assist you right away. If you have ordered from us in the past, you know that we try to process orders the same day, many times within a few hours. If there is a problem with your order and you need to make changes, please contact us immediately! Once an order is packed and ready for shipment, no further changes can be made.

If you need your order by a certain date please contact us at and we will do our best to assist you in determining the best shipping method.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Orders over $200 will automatically include signature confirmation. If you do not want signature confirmation, please leave us a note in your order. If you do not want signature confirmation, you will be held 100% responsible for any carrier related delays or errors. If your package is lost, please contact USPS directly.

 

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item in its original condition within 14 days of your original purchase date for a full refund, less shipping & restocking fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 30 days after the postmarked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit.

Please send return items with the original order/return slip. If your order/return slip is lost, please print out your order confirmation email and include it with your return package. Please keep the tracking information for your return package until the refund amount has been posted to your account.

SHIPPING FEES

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new online order to ensure the item you want is in stock and follow the refunds process for your original order. Your new order will be shipped to you within 1-2 business days and your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s).

PROCESSING TIME

Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your package. You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange request has been processed. Depending on your method of payment, it may take up to an additional 14 days to see the amount returned to your account. If you have reason to believe your return should have been accepted and processed by now, please contact us with your tracking information and let us know the item(s) you returned.
